Peter Bodor QC

Peter Bodor has been in continuous practise as a barrister for over 35 years. He represents individuals, corporations and Government in complex, important and often controversial cases.

Peter Bodor has gained extensive experience as defence and prosecuting counsel in all levels of jurisdiction from the High Court to Local Courts. He has developed expertise in the criminal law in relation to State and Commonwealth offences frequently advising in relation to and conducting:

  • criminal trials (jury and judge alone), sentence and fitness hearings
  • ancillary proceedings and applications
  • appeals
