Admitted as a barrister in 2004 Simon Buchen practices predominantly in the criminal law and related areas, including defending and prosecuting serious indictable matters across the full range of Commonwealth and State offences. He regularly appears in summary hearings, jury trials and appeal hearings. Simon Buchen has a special interest in complex federal criminal cases, including Corporations Act and serious taxation fraud offences.
