Imogen enjoys a creative and collaborative approach to advocacy. Appearing in both jury and judge alone trials, she has established a solid reputation for effectively advocating for the exclusion of evidence, which has resulted in the discontinuation of proceedings.

Imogen has appeared on behalf of family members in inquests conducted into those who have tragically lost their lives during police operations. Through this work, she has developed a keen interest in the relationships between, and accountability of, government agencies in the mental health space and their interaction with the criminal justice system.
